After being introduced to computers at a very early age, Darren has been captivated by the complex, yet intrinsically logical world of Computer Science. He has studied a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science at Massey University and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics at Victoria University, and has worked on a range of software, hardware and multimedia projects both professionally and recreationally.
He has experience in all the aspects of web application programming - from systems administration and database creation to the intricacies of several application servers and server-side languages, to the latest breed of Web 2.0 interactive technologies.
Recent works include collaboration on the award winning Eyes On Beijing website, Homesmarts, SPARC's Push Play, Bizmo, Pacific Starmap, CRESA's Ageing In Place, Mitre 10 Dream Home, and BRANZ ALF.
