Nick has an international background in web related roles, stating his career in London creating and managing online communities for clients like Sony Computer Entertainment Europe and the UK Government.
After deciding London was not the place he wanted to live for the rest of his life, he moved to the USA where he worked in content creation, marketing and general IT roles until he noticed his accent had started to change.
Finally he decided New Zealand might be the place for him, and in 2005 he made the move. After a bit more contract work in content and marketing, he landed a role at The Open Polytechnic of New Zealand, where he made a big impression as Webmaster, and wound up helping them build a whole new web presence and got very interested in the open source movement.
When offered a role at Chrometoaster, Nick was pleased to accept the challenge of a new role focussed on Project Management.
Nick is excited by new technology and great design and he hopes his time at Chrometoaster will enable him to explore and help shape the cutting edge of the emerging web.
