The Ministry of Education’s corporate website was seven years old and had become large and unwieldy with thousands of pages.

We developed a website information and design strategy document that distilled the organisational vision and website philosophy for the Ministry’s web presence, and created a roadmap for development.

We commenced extensive audience research, from which we developed the user requirements and the new information architecture. We also designed the online brand, visual design, then completed HTML production and quality assurance testing on the Datacom-built website.

In addition to creating the Ministry’s corporate website, we developed the online look and feel across a range of Ministry websites such as Asia Knowledge, Educational Leaders, and Education for Enterprise websites, as well as the visual design for the Ministry’s Intranet, Te Tāhuhu in line with the Ministry’s corporate identity.
